Our Cancellation Policy.
Guest Cancellation Policy:
We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. This is fully refundable (minus the payment processing fee) if you (the guest) cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
2 weeks before your scheduled shoot you will be automatically charged the remainder of the photoshoot price. If you cancel after this payment has been processed (you cancel between 2 weeks & 24 hours of your shoot) you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
You have the option to either cancel your photoshoot or rebook for a later time, with no additional charge.
If you contact within 24hours of your shoot to cancel then you will you will be charged the full amount.
Host Cancellation Policy:
We (the hosts) are able to cancel the photoshoot if necessary because of serious circumstances.
You (the guest) will first be offered a different time or date to reschedule. If these options don’t work for you & if the cause of the cancellation is because of us, the host, then you will be entitled to a full refund.
Weather Cancellation Policy:
We shoot regardless of weather. However if the host decides that the conditions would make it impossible to carry out the experience, then you (the guest) will first be offered different times and dates to reschedule. If these options don’t work for you then you will be entitled to a full refund.
If the guest chooses to cancel the experience based on the weather then normal guest cancellation policies apply (see above).
