Q. Do I get to choose my photos? 

After your photoshoot, we sort through the photos, edit all the good ones & upload them to an online gallery.  This gallery remains accessible to you for a year, allowing you to download and print directly from the album. In the case of mini-sessions, you can choose your favorite five for download, with the option to purchase additional photos if desired.

Q. What happens if it rains? 

If it's raining, we can still go ahead with the shoot. Some of our favourite photoshoots have happened in the rain! However, we give the option of moving your shoot to another time OR changing your location to a perfect wet-weather spot!

Q. What's your cancellation policy?

At booking, you are charged a 50€ non-refundable deposit to lock in your slot. The remainder of your payment is due 2 weeks before your photoshoot. If you cancel before the 2 weeks, you will not be charged. Cancellation within two weeks requires a payment of 50% of the contract balance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your photoshoot (and it is not an emergency reason). Then you will be first offered the option to reschedule and rebook. If this doesn’t work for you or the photographer, then you will be charged the full amount. 

If you don't show up to your photoshoot with no prior warning, full payment is required, and no refund will be provided.
 
If you arrive late to your photoshoot this will cut into your photoshoot time and therefore may affect the total amount of photos taken and provided.

Q. Will you photoshop us?

 Nope. Our goal with every photoshoot is to capture real, authentic moments. We're not about making people look fake or not true to themselves. If that's what you're looking for, then we're probably not the best photographers for you. We seek to capture the real, genuine moments, the imperfectly beautiful & beyond precious memories that we believe you will want to remember in the future! That being said, if there's a pimple or something that is temporary and would go away in a couple of weeks we are happy to fix this in post production.

Q. WHEn will we receive our photos

Unless you’ve chosen to expedite your photos, you’ll get an online album one week after your photoshoot. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your favourite photos. And if you’d like to purchase more photos than your original package includes, you can definitely do so!

Q. WHAT DO WE DO WITH OUR GEAR DURING THE PHOTOSHOOT?

We recommend that you don't bring a lot of bags on the photoshoot, but with the bags that you do bring these can either be held by the photographer or left at the photographers feet. We are very careful when taking photos of your gear, and have never had any problems! 

Q. HOW DO WE CHANGE OUTFITS ON A PHOTOSHOOT? 

There are a couple of options. If you are doing part of your photoshoot in a Paris cafe, then this is a great way to change your outfit. Otherwise you can use a public restroom, or find a secluded, quiet place somewhere on the photoshoot, and do a fast outfit change.
